Just a day or two after I was telling my mom I didn't want to put avocado on my oven nachos because I didn't feel like cutting it up (so messy and frustrating), she comes home with this avocado slicer from the Williams Sonoma Outlet. At first, I thought it looked pretty worthless, but it actually does the trick quite well and you don't have to take the avocado out of the skin either... SO easy! Today, I am having oven nachos with black beans, mushrooms, avocado and cheese with Pace Picante salsa! YUM. Thanks mom!♥AshPiece
